Our Volleyball mentorship program EdgEsteem, is a program where high school athletes have the opportunity to inspire and guide middle school players. This initiative pairs experienced mentors with younger athletes, fostering a supportive environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. Participants will engage in training sessions, skill-building workshops, and meaningful discussions, creating lasting bonds while elevating their game. Together, we’re not just building better players; we’re cultivating future leaders in the sport!
Our EdgEsteem program is invite only. Mentor athletes are coach-nominated and hand selected to be positive influences on our younger developing athletes.
EdgEsteem athletes can choose times that work best for their schedule as long as it in the age specific designated time slot.
EdgEsteem athletes will attend 1-hour sessions to help demonstrate strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proudly represent The Edge VBC.
