Every year The Edge Volleyball Club sends groups of volunteers to help Enchanted Backpack provide much needed materials and activities to underprivileged schools in the Chicagoland Area. Join us in helping out our community!

Enchanted Backpack Volunteer Day
During the Holdiy Season The Edge Volleyball Club's Volunteers spend a portion of their day working with Enchanted Backpack to pack supplies for their Mobile Van program. During their time they will be packing boxes full of school supplies, books, sporting equipment, and other neccesities. These boxes then get loaded into one of their vans and delivered to qualifying schools. During a short period of time our Edge Athletes make a HUGE impact on the community by helping pack essential supplies that will go to schools, communities, and families in need all over Chicagoland.

Providing the support
How the Charity Helps
Enchanted Backpack supports underprivileged schools by providing school supplies, books, coats, art supplies, athletic equipment, personal necessities and more. Their Mobile Van Program serves public, private, and charter schools with at least 50% of their students eligible for the Federal Free/Reduced Lunch Program. Each year their Mobile Van program provides these much supplies to up to 50 schools, which amounts to approximately 20,000 students and 1,200 classroom teachers.
